Booking Terms

Please read before you pay

  1. Booking deposit. A non-refundable booking deposit of GH₵100 is required to secure and confirm your appointment. This deposit is deducted from your total service fee on the day of your appointment.
  2. Late arrivals. Clients are given a 30-minute grace period. Appointments exceeding 30 minutes of lateness will attract an additional GH₵100 late fee, which must be paid before the service begins. Please note that arriving late may also affect the time available for your service.
  3. No-show policy. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your GH₵100 booking deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  4. Appointment confirmation. Your appointment is only considered confirmed once the required GH₵100 deposit has been received. No appointment will be held without payment of the deposit.
